Cant control fan speed on pre built oc mobo

hey im in need of some help i cant seem to control fan speed for any fan connected to this mobo MSI G41M-P25 Intel® G41 Micro-ATX Motherboard, now this came as part of a pre-built OC bundle, i cant control the cpu cooler speed the gfx card fan speed or the 3 case fans speed (although i think ill need a fan controler for these) ive tried using all kinds of software to control these fans (cpu cooler and gfx card) inc, speed fan and the conrtol centre software that comes on the discs ive tried looking in the bios and turning all fans speeds in all the above mentiond programs to 0% to see if they stop but they dont, im guessing it has something to do with the factory OC in the bios so the fans for the cpu and gfx card are running full pelt at 100% for no reason the case temps are literaly sub zero although it is literally silent anyway i dont see the point in having fans running at full speed and wasting power if they dont need to be plz help.

p.s the gfx card wasnt part of the bundle and runs 100% as soon as i plug it into this mobo i have tried it in another pc and i can control the fan speed just fine.
