I have like other computers at home and they work fine and they are still working, Only mines doesnt work. My computer is wired. The other one is wired and other is wireless. I have tried a different wire and restarted the internet router and it still doesnt work. If you need anymore info, I will try to get it.

Start with running "ipconfig /all" from the command prompt of the computer that is not working.

Post the results in your reply
Dammn, The other computer is kinda messed up so when I type ipconfig /all it gives me an error. "'ipconfig' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

Lets start over,

What operating system are we talking about? Your profile says windows 7 home, is that both computers.

If ipconfig is not working do this

Click the network icon in your taskbar -> Network and Sharing -> Adaptor Settings...
Click the adaptor -> Details...

What about the adapter from the steps above. Is it still missing?

If it is, go to control panel \ system \ device manager
do you see anything with Yellow exclamation marks like below

Do you see anything under the section called Network Adapters?
Better yet, do you see the section called Network Adapters?

If not, while in Device manager, click on View \ Show Hidden devices.
Take a screenshot and post it.

Its possible and sounds like the Network card may have died, just trying to verify

The BHdrvx64 is an issue.
download Norton's uninstall utility, there are remnants of it on the system.
thats is the reason for that one.

could you go back into the device manager, open Network Adapters so we see whats in it and take another screenshot?

thank you

OK, As I thought, your network adapter is not being recognized by the computer at all which means it has probably gone bad.

I assume it is built into the motherboard, is it under warranty?

Outside of replacing the motherboard, Computer.

Stop by Best Buy, Office Depot, some such and pick up a USB to Ethernet adapter.
they cost like $20.00 or $30.00

Install it and get yourself back up and running.

Caveat, if the Network card / Motherboard has this problem, more then likely others will follow soon.
