Hi! Very desperate for help right now. bought a lot of new hardware, got it all set up, looked promising... but everytime it gets to the windows logo it stops, flashes with a bluescreen for a fraction of a second (cant get a photo nor video!) then restarts, and asks me whether i want to start windows repair or start normally.
windows repair comes up with no responses to errors, ive used chkdsk and gotten the same response. no errors in the drive.

specs:
os: windows 7 64 bit
processor: Intel Xeon E5-1620V3 Processor (3.5 GHz, 10 MB, LGA2011-v3 Socket)
mainboard: msi x99a sli plus
gpu: GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB PCI-E 3.0 HDMI OC
ram: HyperX Fury Black Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) 2133 MHz DDR4 CL14 UDIMM Memory Kit
hard drive: WD 1TB 3.5 inch SATA 3 Hard Drive

im pretty certain everything is connected up properly on the board, the new components ive added are the Ram, the board and the processor, (having replaced a vg300 motherboard, an intel core quad and 8gb ram (4x2gb))

any clues as to what this means would be much appreciated. and any clues to how to fix this issue would be incredible (preferably with keeping my files)

Did you do a clean Windows install when you added the new hardware? If not, that's most likely the cause of the blue-screen.
