I'm using winXP

i have just completed a clean install of xp all drivers, and essential apps. but suddenly when i tried opening the task manager is says Task Manager Has Been Disabled by Administrator. i don't remember disabling anything at all.

i have zone alarm firewall and avast home for protection installed.

and the folder options doesn't show up in the tools of the window.

I've been having this problem for a few weeks now. this is the reason i formatted my Hard drive last time and now its still there.

Please help.... I'm desperate.
