Hi,

I can not access www.ebates.com anymore. I just had a virus on my computer which this website so helpfully helped me solve. Now that it's gone, I installed all this stuff to help with my adware. But, now I'm having trouble accessing webpages. In particular, I can't get to www.ebates.com. It's not listed in any of my blocked pages. Help!

Hi, I think that was me who helped you.

You probably installed the MVPS hosts file.

ebates.com is blocked by the hosts file, as ebates has known adware applications.

127.0.0.1 mailer.ebates.com
127.0.0.1 www.ebates.com #[Adware.MoeMoney]

If it's a must have, you can edit the hosts file to remove the ebates lines, but I personally would not recommend it.
