canon x4550 paper jam

Hi all,can anyone help,i have a canon x4550,when i load paper it and try to print the paper goes to a side causing a paper jam,only just started doing this,ive tried putting paper in slowly etc but to no avail,any help would be appreciated,vince:wink:
