When I print colored documents with this printer, everything's fine. When i use CD LAbel Print to print on CD's or DVD's, brown prints greenish and pink prints very light blue.
My cartridges are ok, I ran all the maintenance operations on nozzles and so forth. I even used Q-tips to clean the areas where the cartridges fit into the printer contraption. It looks as if the Magenta or Yellow area is not working properly.
Can the printer be opened and cleaned somehow ?
