Hi there,

An 8 month old Canon laser multifunction has suddenly developed a two line error in the display.

Used CD help system with drivers disc + search here and no luck.

Printer is called Canon MF 4380dn where I live and has locked up with these two messages in the display + flashing red light.

Set Paper Again
Set Toner Again

Any thoughts?

Any way of doing a forced reset?

Can be caused by even the smallest bit of paper blocking the sensor, so re-check for paper blockage.
