Mrs. yustr's printer stopped receiving commands via the wireless connection. It worked fine for many months then stopped suddenly. It works fine when using a USB cable. I've tried resetting the wireless connection in the printer, entering the correct PW and protocol, it searches for my nework and reports that it's connected.

But I cannot see it from any connected computer.

I've tried turning it off and on. Resetting again. Nothing seems to help.

Any ideas?

Did you try the Microsoft FixIt that I posted in your other thread?
