Im a new member here,and was hoping you could help me with problem as i cant seem to be getting anywhere grrrrrrr
I have downloaded video files that i cannot seem to open anymore(trailer park)while these used to be no problem no all i get is the following
please wait while windows configures document viewer

In the document viewer box it says:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable
Click ok to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package 'document viewer. msi' in the box below
use source:
c:\hp\tmp\src\setup\DocumentViewer\

Error1706
No valid source could be found for the product Document Viewer. the windows installer cannot continue
I used to watch these with wmp,i even tried opening them with divx player with the same result,any clues much appreciatedray:

I would suggest K-Lite Codecs which comes with Media Player classic, which is more stable and easier to use, plus it should solve your problem:

thnx tosh,ill try that ,but doesnt make sense that it used to work ok with wmp but not now,illl et ya know though
