I have a system with win XP sp2 [updated] with IE7 - whenever I click on a link or try to open a window it opens in the same working window. I don't wan this to happen.

I want to open multiple windows. even I am aware of Tabs, but i would prefer new window. any clue please help

please let me know if you have a solution for this problem. right now I am planning to get IE7 updates
