Hi unc417. Have you tried replacing the cord that goes from your modem to the PC? If you have try this.

Go to Start > Run and type CMD - click OK

In the command prompt window that opens, type the following commands, each followed by the Enter key:

Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults, type: netsh int ip reset reset.log


Reboot your PC.
