Did you edit/remove any entries from your log? It looks suspiciously barren.

Please download SilentRunners.vbs - Right click & choose Save As... SilentRunners.vbs

Before proceeding, disable any anti-virus or anti-spyware programs that may block/disable scripts
Double-click SilentRunners.vbs to run it. This will take a few minutes.
When it's done, you'll receive the prompt "All Done!". It will create a file called "Startup Programs". Post ALL its contents here in your next reply.

Go to HijackThis> Config> Misc Tools
Checkmark/tick 'list also minor sections (full)'
Click the 'Generate StartupList log' button
Post the log in your next reply

Can you manually start Norton Antivirus?
i ran it before i posted today and it said that there was nothing wrong. Umm, how would you run it manualy?
Let's backtrack. I need you to do a System Restore.

Go to Start > Programs > Accesories > System Tools > System Restore
Select Restore My Computer to an earlier time < click NEXT >
Select a time before this problem arose

After you have system restored, do a hijackthis log & post it

** Use the latest version...your last log was done using ver 1.97
it was turned off so i had to put it on
its not letting me select a new time it just give me the option of today, in bold print
yes i guessing thats bad lol
well i updated hijackthis anyways and here is the new log file:

Go to Start->Run and type in sfc /scannow and hit OK. Let it scan. If it finds any files missing/corrupted, it may ask for the Windows CD.

I have to go off to bed now. But I have asked a friend to step in.
