Cannot delete the folder

Hey guys, plz help me out deleting this buggy folders in ma drive. I installed Download Accelerator Plus (DAP), uninstalled it after a couple of months and now there is two folders that I can neither open it nor delete it. Any idea shared would be gr8ly appreciated.

did you try to delete them in safemode?

look up a neat little program called unlocker:

Thanks guys for the reply. Well, yea i tried deleting it in safe mode but failed. Now am downloading "unlocker", guess this' gonna work.
