Cannot copy file H:\\windows\sminst\drv\dta\app02641.dta! during PC recovery by partition

This error message is followed by another one:
H:\\windows\sminst\drv\dta\app02644148.dta!

What should I do? PC recovery with the Windows system recovery CDs does not work.
