I am trying to set a laptop back to default XP settings for a new employee. The employee who had this laptop previously has changed several things including the theme. However when I try to change it back to the Windows XP theme it gives an error stating "Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Any idea whats going on?

I should add that I have ran Malwarebytes and a registry cleaner but it is still going on.
