attempting to remove antivirus pro2010 i went to run-msconfig then bio.ini and then selected SAFE MODE NETWORKING so that the computer restarts in safe mode.

bad idea, the malware is preventing startup of safe mode by automatically rebooting before windows loads. and since i put the setting to ALWAYS start up as safemode, the computer is locked in a restarting cycle. is there anyway i can set the boot setting back to Normal w/o safemode and start windows normally again?

Can you restart and get to regular safe mode? You may want to try using a boot disk to load into windows and attempt to remove the malware.

nope, it just a cycle where as soon as i select how i want to start windows, the computer reboots again. is there a way to alter the start up through BIOS?
