Hey there,
I have a problem. I bought a 500GB External hard drive from Toshiba about a month ago. The first couple times I used it it worked fine. But now, it shows up as Drive G: in MY COMPUTER and when I click on it to open, it'll say "please insert a disc into drive." I can't format it or anything else, either. Sometimes, when I keep clicking on it, it'll finally open, but I cannot copy or paste anything into the open folder.
I tried deleting it from the Device manager but that doesn't help either. I have Vista, but it says on the package that it works with Vista.'
Any help would be appreciated.
