Can you open Outlook Express email in another app?

OE gives you the option of exporting the existing emails and address book in a couple of formats so you can use them in other programs. Windows Mail, Live Mail & Outlook can all import OE files. I'm going to use the email service from my provider, so it is none of those. Is there anyway to get to a viewer not associated with email apps?

I'd suggest asking your provider for advice about importing from OE or one of the formats it can export to. So far, you haven't even said what email client you propose to use.

My service provide is frontier.com. I have no idea what their web mail client is.
