Can xbox 360 kinect be hacked?

I am going to Hong Kong in 1 day and am planning to buy xbox 360 KINECT, so what I wanna know is can it e cracked like PSP or can its game be downloaded from internet and writed to CD and used?
Is it blu-ray or normal CD's it uses.
Also if it can be hacked somewhat similar to PSP than does it need specific version like PSP? If yes, than what version for India.
As I say kinect, so I would definitely wanna ask can kinect that is motion sensing game be hacked too?

Hi Yashraaj,

We do not support users who's intentions are to hack into consoles, as it is considered illegal to download games from your PC and use them on your Xbox.
