can I upgrade my VAIO memory

Hey i have a question regarding upgrade. how can I upgrade my laptop( Sony VAIO VGN-FS630/W) . i want a 512 MB ddr333 PC2700ram installed. Can i do it on my own do i need an expert for that. Please help me

should be no problem upgrading your memory but take anti static precautions first.The memory in the panel on the back usually with 4 screw's be very careful and make sure any clips at each side of the memory are release before you remove the old one...replace with the new one and orientate correctly make sure it is fit in and use the clips to retain it. One thing don't use a lot of force. put the back back on and reboot your PC.

I assume you have check that the memory is compatible to your PC.
