do you think i can run these with no lag:

remember i dont mind tweaking gta 4 as well and also i want to be playng them at the lowest settings possible.

i ran the tool and it says fail becus of my videocard.

Then my initial assessment was most likely wrong as you stated with the series 7 video card, If you have the game disks now, I'd just install one of them and check to see if it will let you install/play this game with no errors. If you don't have them and are going to buy them make sure you can take it back after tried.

Don't buy them, you don't meet minimum spec.
I've run a game under mimimum before, but I wouldnt waste your money.
