hp nw9440 upgrade advice

i bought a nw9440 some years ago and now i want to do some gaming with it
http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=nw9440&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:eek:fficial&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=8471765385707020326&sa=X&ei=CbYZT8_pBYWDOp_hyacL&ved=0CDoQ8wIwAQit has an nvidia quadro fx1500, 2gb ram and a dual core cpu 2.2

i did some tweaking with rivatuner to the graphic card and i didnt see much difference
i tried playing team fortress 2 but the ram fills up quickly and it usually crashes or its very slow
this laptop was so expensive i think it should be able to play a game like tf2

what kind of upgrades can i do to make it able to play games?
i know i can add ram but will it really make much difference?
can i add a graphic card wtih an express card or something?
is there any way to boost my graphics?

laptops not meant for gaming especially older ones

there is very little you can upgrade on a laptop even ram is limited to what the bios supports

Try AMD XGP Technology. I just looked it up, so I don't if it will work or not. It would be nice if it did, though.

There is this solution> How to make an external laptop graphics adaptor | News | TechRadar

But by the time you get buying the components needed you might as well add a case, ram CPU and motherboard and have an actual gaming PC that will perform better.
i looked into the arcticle but the setup seems a bit tricky and i doubt i can do it myself

the real issue here is the cost
this should cost around 300euros
but buying a good pc from scratch costs around 1000euros

One the $500(that should be less then 500euro) builds from our building section will still out perform a laptop with any external video card, the laptops run a slower bus speed by design to conserve power and reduce heat. The external connection to a video card will also be a lot slower(less bandwidth) then a lessor card in a desktop.
