Just looking to see what the consensus is on whether C or E partition is the default location for My Documents. I'm gonna delete the one that isn't and re-install XP. Gonna go with the majority!

What?

My Documents is stored on the drive that the OS is installed on. Whether it be C, E, N, or Z it doesn't matter what the drive letter is.

The My Documents folder is by default installed on C:\

As lorjack said, if you installed windows on a different folder the my documents folder would follow the installation.

If you can boot into windows you can right click the My Documents folder and go to Properties and it will show you where the folder is located.
