Hi - posted last week but still no joy. TSST corp Cd/DVDW TS-H552B Samsung drive was fine then when running iTunes, and an iTunes upgrade being dowloaded, it stopped burning. I don't know what burning package I have on my Office Pro 2003 but could it and the iTunes be fighting it out?

i think from what i have read it is a feature of itunes that stops the burning to disk

But I have even tried just burning my own cd collection to a disc, using iTunes. It used to be no problem but now it doesn't work. I am also thinking about dirt on the lens as the drive 'hunts' and spins up and down for a few minutes until the 'Not Responding' message comes up. Is there any way to check how my computer is configured for disc burning? Thanks.
