Received notice that camera was detected in Messenger on Samsung J4+ Android phone.
First time in 3 years.
Never use this camera.
Is there a security issue?

Messenger is telling you that if you want to do a video chat with Messenger, the camera is available. You have to use an app, like Messenger, Zoom etc to activate the camera, There is no security problem.
