this is a virus - you need to follow the steps here
I had the same virus and had a tech support person at work remove it. Unfortunately it was on my flashstick and infected both PC's at my home and because I was a little slow to remove it it has brought with it a host of other problems - browser hijackers, pop-ups etc.

This is a virus coming from USB drive, but its easy to remove, just update your untivirus and scan your infected drive in safe mode ----> restart yuor PC ---> then go my computer ---> Tools ---> Folder Options ----> View ---> click on show hidden files and folders ----> go to your infected drive with right click and open it you should see hidden folder ( Recycler -- resycled -- Autorun.ini ) select them and clicl on shift+delete and hit enter then restart and sheers
