Ok I play Command & Conquer games all the time and stoped when I got bord a while back. Then started playing them agian I have play Red Alert 2 and the expanshion pack for it Yuris Revenge on this Computer and my laptop. But now Red alert 2 lags oh say about 5 to 10 seconds havn't really counted but somewere in that genaral time area. And Yuris Revenge will work up to the loading screen and won't go any farther. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it nothen. I have also tried the compadibility thing were you change this thing to win 98 still dosn't work. Help would greatly be apriceatied.

Heyy i had the same problem and after so much looking and nobody else had the problem i got frusterrated. My problem was my virus scanning program. If i turn it off the game runs fine, but as soon as the virus scanning program is on it would lag every 5 to 10 seconds like u said and it was realllly annoying. Hopefully thats whats wrong with yours, if you cant turn off your virus scanner try putting it to sleep or disabling it. It could also be a firewall too, but most likely virus scanning. Hopefully that helps ya
