Burned my ram?
Hi guys, i was going to put from my new pc to my old pc some memory ram sticks. but accedantly i've putted it wrong way (backwards) and i turned on my pc it beeped for 3 sec (one long beep) and then i noticed a smoke coming out of my pc so i unplugged my power wire. and i unplugged the memory stick. and i want to know is it safe to put it back to the new pc? the ram looks preety good no burning sings or anything..? Idc about the old pc.

Where was the smoke coming from? If the RAM looks good, put it back in the new PC to be certain it's OK. If so, try it in the older PC again.
