I'm going to build a system based on the nforce chipset with the MSI motherboard and an AMD XP2000+. My only hesitation in doing this myself is references on some sites to having the system "burned in" for [some time period]. What does this really mean, and how do I do it? Is it really just booting up and leaving it on for some period to make sure the system is stable, or is something more involved. Help!

What they are basically doing is getting a program that runs tests on the hardware for a set period of time. Usually 24-48 hours.
