Building a New Computer

I am an amature photographer trying to get a studio up and running. I use my computer for editing RAW files in Photoshop CS4. I am finding my present computer is starting to struggle. I am looking to have this built and was wondering if someone could give me feed back on whether or not this computer will meet my needs??? Would this computer have some room to grow??? Should I bump up the power supply to at least an 850 or highter???

Generally, it'd be fine, but would be nice to know the exact make and model of the ram. Ddr3 comes with different recommended voltages, the ram you get needs to be the right ram for the particular socket, and for the cpu brand, amd uses a higher voltage ram than intel.

Ocz are ok middle of the road psu's, but I've found them noisy. Others may disagree, though the couple of ocz's I used, I found irritating because of that. With a higher quality brand, I just don't hear any sound that I can say is the psu, it's never the loudest fan in the case. 700 watts is plenty for the 5770, no worries there.
4GB of RAM is more than sufficient. Use the savings for a SeaSonic or Corsair PSU.
