Hello

lately i had issues with my xps 17 l702x, first i found that daemon tools was doing it but i unistalled it and a month after it started again after it crashed when i was using VLC player. Now it crashes even with online steaming. I have updated my drivers, BIOS. Did the memtest - everything was fine.

Recommendations:

Have you had more than one crash? If so, please refrain from using any hard disk cleanup tools, e.g. ccleaner, for the duration of troubleshooting. Those cleanup tools delete the files we need for analysis.

Your one crash indicates a problem with your Intel display adapter driver. I would recommend updating the driver or re-installing it from Dell's support site.

Outdated and Problematic Drivers:

You should update/replace/remove the following drivers. Any drivers that are known to cause BSODs, please remove the software or remove the drivers and then remove the device; steps to do so are given after the list of outdated drivers.

To update drivers, make sure to download the drivers from the manufacturer and not using 3rd party programs. Your drivers should be found from your motherboard support site (ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, etc.) or your vendor support site (Dell, HP, Toshiba, Sony, etc.) first.
