Are your windows up to date? Check that for me if not please update them

Reboot
perform a cleanboot of your system
Perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your game or program
reboot
Go into SAFE MODE
when in safe mode press "windows key + R" and type in "SFC /SCANNOW"
Press Enter
Let it run when its done Reboot

Hello,

So I rebooted, performed a cleanboot, went into safemode, I pressed SFC/SCANNOW in the winows/r bar. Some black cmd screen flashed for a second. After that nothing happened.

I'm almost positive my windows are up to date. I have automatic updates turned on.

ok that is fine
if SFC /scannow did not do anything then that means there were no corrupt windows files on your system which is good

Have you had any BSODs after since?
