Hi all,
First off just to say hello as I am a new member
My problem:
I'm having a reoccurring problem of the BSOD every 5 - 10 minutes on my new Dell XPS Laptop - this has only just started within the last 2-3 days. I believe it may be due to a piece of software called 'Smart notebook 10' which I installed for my partner around the same time.
When I analyzed the minidump files there were only two main errors showing - these are:
1, ntoskrnl.exe+ef3d2
2, tcpip.sys+793ba
I don't think these relate to the software mentioned though? Would someone be able to explain the errors please or point me in the right direction on how to sort the problem.
The specs are for the laptop are - Windows 7 premium x64, intel i5, 4gb ram and a 1024MB NVIDIA GeForce GT420M.
Many Thanks,
el
