Hi there, I have been having BSOD regularly for the last week with my new ASUS N55S laptop.

The details of the problem are below:

Your video card drivers suffered an error and could not be recovered because of a C000009A error, which means "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API." Without at least a kernel dump it would be impossible (still difficult with one) to figure out what system resource it's exactly talking about. However, most often this is caused by paging file or RAM exhaustion.
