Looks to me like it's your Marvell controller (mv91xx.sys) that's causing the problem.
Please do the following:
- download a fresh copy of the Marvell driver from the Asus website
- uninstall the Marvell controller that's currently on your system (Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program).
- install the freshly downloaded driver package
- monitor for further BSOD's

Uninstall LogMeIn as it's drivers date from 2007/2008

Just FYI:
3RD PARTY DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
- Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers.

Driver located here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P8Z68-V PRO

Enter your OS in the dropdown box (Windows 7 64bit)
Then look at the last entry in the SATA category
Download and install the Marvell SATA 6G AHCI Driver V1.0.0.1045 for Windows XP/Vista/7 32bit & 64bit.(WHQL)

I updated the marvell driver + disabled the log me in driver. Would your suggest I keep running the Driver scanner program or just leave it and see it anything happens?

How come DriverScanner did not detect the outdated driver? It just found after a bunch of scans an outdated printer driver aswell. Updating that one too now.

Does anybody use Driver Genius btw?
