Hi I've attempted to debug the mini dump file without success. Below was presented to me by the winbug
tool, in addition to this I also followed the instructions as per the forum and posted the attachment.

Hi, thank you for the response, however, I don't have counterspy installed. AVG internet security and fix it utilities are installed though.
