I have two Windows 7 64-bit laptops, one a Dell XPS and the other an HP DV7-6B55DX. Both have 8 GB Ram. Several weeks ago, the HP started getting BSODs for no apparent reason. Lately the Dell is getting BSODs, too. The most obvious similarity is that both are running Bitdefender Total Security. The message for these BSODs consistently say
IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE
*** STOP: 0x0000004A(0x00000000772D132A,0x0000000000000002,0x000000000000000xFFFFF88003D12

A Google search said this code (>>>0004A, in particular) might be related to Bitdefender. As far as I know, I am current with the program version and updates on both computers. I have had an open service ticket with Bitdefender for almost a month now and they have done nothing. They asked for AutoRuns log, minidump files, and a Support Tool log. I was unable to generate the Support Tool log but I sent them the other files - no response. I would appreciate any help.

Quick additional comment: I am only guessing that Bitdefender is the culprit - it may be hardware or something else software-wise. These two laptops had one other thing in common. Both got a malware infections (not too serious, just annoying) about the same time prior to the BSOD insurgence. I purchased Malwarebytes Premium and was helped on a Malwarebytes forum. Both machines were cleaned and checked out with no further malware - but then the BSODs began.
