· OS - Windows 7
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 - 64-Bit
· What was original installed OS on system? Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer) - pre-installed on the system
· Age of system (hardware) - ~1 year
· Age of OS installation - Never reinstalled the system, so assuming the same as the hardware, give or take.

· CPU - Intel Core i7 Q720 @ 1.60GHz
· Video Card - NVidia GeForce GTS 360M
· MotherBoard - Don't know (How do I find out on a laptop?)
· Power Supply - Don't know (How do I find out on a laptop?)

· System Manufacturer - Toshiba
· Exact model number - Qosmio x505-q870, (There's nothing that says "Model No. or anything, so I'm guessing that this is it... If I'm wrong, let me know.)

Driver Verifier Minidump Zip

12/23/11

Just in case it's needed...

I'll do everything you said though :)

In regards to Zonealarm... What should I use as a replacement then? :( It's done well so far for me in regards to asking me if I should allow the applications to run online... Is there something else? Sorry, I'm new to Windows 7, so if there's a built in one that's similar, I don't know if it ;(

Alright, so I got rid of all of that, updated my SP1, and got an update for my video card, but I still get BSOD....

Also: What can I do to replace the zonealarm? Windows Firewall is better? Or is there something else similar to it?
