Hello my name is jack and lately i have been having a lot of bsod issues it seems to happen when i mainly play games via Steam, it will be rare if i was to get bsod when i am on the internet. i have took it too a small computer store called "central computers" that is near where i live and meant to repair computers and my mum has paid out 160 pounds to try get it fixed and the shop have not fixed it and i am just clueless on where to look for help the only thing i can think is give it to somewhere like curry's PC world to see if they maybe able to fix it. i have added some photos of some of the bsod screen codes i have had, in the attachments if that helps and hopefully someone has some help for me .?..

As every BSOD is different for every PC we need to gather up as much information on the PC to debug.

Are you able to boot the PC to Windows? If you can please follow this link and attach the files to this thread in your next post.

Stop wasting time and money and just reinstall Windows. Of course back up your data.

You'll be up and running within a few hours vs wasting all this time. BSOD means reinstall Windows.

Or you could try a system restore from a few weeks /months ago, but that rarely works.

Actually just looking at your boot screen. The PC is not seeing the hard drive. You need to either 1) rebuild your Master boot record, or 2) your hard drive died.

If the BSOD was hardware related, would reinstalling Windows help?
