Hello and welcome to TSF.

Most are bugcheck 0x116, indicating video failure. Start by installing the latest video drivers from the manufacturer's website. If issues persist, run the FurMark stress test: furmark.com - fur vault Resources and Information. This website is for sale!

There's also a 0x124 error in the mix which blames the processor's internal timer. We'll worry about that later.

Thanks for the response. I have the latest drivers from the Nvidia site for the GTX 460 for Windows 7. The latest ones were from 1.18.2011 that I saw.

I was leaning towards video card failure (hardware issue) so I am also in the process of an RMA for the card in case my suspicions were correct.

I will run the furmark stress test later this afternoon and report back my findings.

I'm somewhat concerned with the processors internal timing. What time of issues would this cause?
Well, I only saw one 0x124, so it looks like it could have been a fluke. Perhaps it wasn't actually the processor's clock, but the motherboard's bus clock was thrown off by the video card. Either way, I wouldn't worry about that. The RMA is a good idea.

I do however see devices labeled #UNKNOWN#. Verify that you have the latest chipset drivers installed as well.

I saw that as well after I ran the perfmon.

I disabled those devices to see if it was one of the devices that I had installed (G-15 Keyboard/USB headset/etc), but after I disabled the devices, I did not notice anything that wasn't working...

What's the best place to verify the latest chipset drivers and confirm that I have the latest/greatest?

Thank You again!
