BSOD Hdd destruction problems

Hello forum,

I have a big problem with my pc hardware and i even can't find where exactly is the problem. First of all then i just bought new pc(by parts) with this hardware(excep HDD was seagate barracuda 7200.11 500GB): "Everest report":

Now after about year or less, i don't remember exactly, there was strange problem in many games, like some kind of textures crash, it looks like video card fail or drivers, i don't know, but the graphic shows awry textures and then i press "start" button or "alt+tab" to go to desktop from game AFTER the texture crash it stuck for a while at black screen and proceed very slowly, only restart winxp helped. After some more time bsod's started randomly especially in games. In the end i couldn't even format partition and reinstall normally windows and at last HDD failed to work. I get my pc to specialist to fix it, he sayed HDD was somehow (maybe form electric problems ruined) and i'v got to replace it with new one. Now i got the one you see in everest report.
Unfortunately, 2 bsod's appeared. Both problems in DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, one about Attansic L1 Gigabit Ethernet Controller(atl01_xp.sys) and other Processor Device Driver(inteppm.sys). I updated P5K motherboard bios to newest version today, and no bsod's so far, but still many times games crashed with Don't send messages about memory... I don't know what else i can do, and really need advises from experts. I hope i write enough information, ask anything else if needed.

What is the make and model of the power supply. Also test the memory one stick at a time using memtest86.
What is the make and model of the power supply. Also test the memory one stick at a time using memtest86.
Power supply: Sinan Power, Model: VP-430W(P/PFC).
Then i tried memtest with different sticks everything with all rams goes ok, but somehow then test pass 3-5 times, i press c(configure) then chose test and i chose Default test and it somehow brings strange error, even i need to restart pc for memetest to continous testing becouse it's stuck on that error recounting and recounting... But it apperas with all sticks so i gues it's not ram problem.
