BSOD every time use webcam in a Dell XPS M1539

Hi i own a Dell XPS M1530 and every time I try to use the webcam (Skype, MSN, etc) i get a BSOD and it restarts. It does this almost all of the time, please Help!

Please check Windows Update for available updates - most Vista SP2 systems have 300 or more updates, yours only has 270.

Your Cisco Systems VPN adapter is disabled. Please enable it and then uninstall it from your system.

Looks like the memory dumps blame OEM02Dev.sys - a driver for your webcam. Please visit the Dell support website and download a fresh set of drivers for the webcam ( Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States] )

Most of the rest of your drivers seem very old, so I'd suggest updating them also (from the Dell website).

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs:
3RD PARTY DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
- Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers.
