Hello,
every time I try to run an update on my desktop Windows 10 Pro x64 (1703) to the latest patch (KB4022725), the update is stopped and withdrawn when the BSOD caused by dxgkrnl.sys appears every time after the reboot.

I have read the http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f299/solved-bsod-due-to-dxgkrnl-sys-604177.html topic and tried to update all drivers (via device manager) - Intel Graphic Card driver was out of date, but it didn't help - the bsod appeared again after next try.

Perfmon report and Sysnative dumps attached.

Hello,
I suspect this might be a HW issue.
Please list all your components with their exact model.

Kindly test your RAM with Memtest86+
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14201-memtest86-test-ram.html

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks. Here's the list of my HW:
Motherboard: MSI Z87M-G43
RAM: GeIL 8GB/1333 CL9 Bulk (GN38GB1333C9S)
Processor: Intel Core i5-4670K, 3.4GHz, 6MB (BX80646I54670K)
HDD: Seagate SV35, 3.5', 2TB, SATA/600, 7200RPM, 64MB cache (ST2000VX000)
Power: Corsair VS 550W ATX 120mm wentylator, EU version (CP-9020050-EU)

I will be able to run Memtest on Monday night, I will let you know about the result. 8 passes will be enough or should I run more?

Thanks. I will check the memory in other slots and replace the stick or motherboard depending on the result.
