Perfmon reports an issue with a PS2 keyboard. If you're using a USB keyboard, it's safe to ignore this message.

You have 2 different wired network controllers (Realtek and Marvell). Why is this? Why isn't the Marvell device either removed from your system or disabled in the BIOS?

You have a Realtek RTL8187 Wireless 802.11b/g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter
Win7 doesn't like these devices, and will Blue Screen in a heartbeat if you use older drivers. Here's my rant on these devices:
I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Win7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
MSINFO32 points to disk issues and cites your jraid.sys (RAID) drivers (as does both memory dumps). Please:
- run hardware diagnostics on all hard drives: HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link) - Test ALL of the hard drives.
- update the RAID drivers (if they are the most current version - uninstall them, then install a fresh copy).
- check the RAID array for problems (I don't have much knowledge about RAID - try over in the Hardware Forums).

The Asus P5 series of mobo's has some issues with memory settings/timings/voltages. Have a look at the following:
FWIW - I've seen a lot of issues with the Asus P5 series of boards. I usually recommend this:
- DO NOT use the AUTO setting for memory. Go to the RAM manufacturer's website and get the recommended settings for the RAM. Then set those settings manually in the BIOS
- one person with a 2009 BIOS has experienced success by updating the BIOS. This is dangerous and one simple mistake can easily damage your motherboard so it won't work. Be VERY, VERY CAREFUL!!!
- one person reports bad caps ( http://http://www.badcaps.net/pages.php?vid=5 ) in this post: http://www.techsupportforum.com/for...cant-load-windows-7-a-606751.html#post3476936
You also have the 2005 version of ASACPI.sys installed. This is a known BSOD cause on some Win7 systems and must be updated immediately. Here's what to do:
- go to the Asus support website here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P5K Deluxe/WiFi-AP
- select your OS in the dropdown box (Windows 7 64 bit)
- click the + sign next to the Utilities category
- download the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Win7 32&64-bit" and install it on your system.

If this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please post back and we'll work on some other tests.

Correct - I have a logitech G15 Keyboard and a Roccat Kone [+] both USB

You have 2 different wired network controllers (Realtek and Marvell). Why is this? Why isn't the Marvell device either removed from your system or disabled in the BIOS?
Both are on board and i have never had any issues with leaving both enabled......I'll disable one.....is one better than the other?

Tried to run HD Diag on raid array but i couldnt get it to detect it properly.
I have installed the following from Asus website

Intel(R) Matrix Storage Manager Driver V8.9.0.1023 for Windows 32/64bit XP & Windows 32/64bit Vista & 32/64bit Windows 7.(WHQL)
Intel(R) AHCI/RAID Driver Disk for Windows 32/64bit XP & Windows 32/64bit Vista & 32/64bit Windows 7.
JMicron JMB36X(JMB363) Controller Driver V1.17.49.4 for 32/64bit Windows XP & Windows Vista & Windows 7.(WHQL)

The Asus P5 series of mobo's has some issues with memory settings/timings/voltages. Have a look at the following:

Download and installed ATK0110 driver as requested.

As it has only BSOD twice i'll post back my finding.

Thanks for all your help.....much appreciated as i work in unix support myself and know how valuable it is when someone who knows what they are talking about help you.

This is my onboard wireless adaptor so not sure why is comes up as USB but i've disabled it anyway.

As it has only BSOD whilst playing MW3 i best get off and do some gaming! :whistling:

This is the same as the previous error - it blames your disk and jraid.sys
As you've replaced the JMicron driver, I have to suspect either the consistency of your RAID array - or problems with the hard drive(s) themselves.

Can you run a hard drive test from within Windows? If so, let us know the results of that.

In most cases you can run diagnostics on the individual hard drives in a RAID array if you use a bootable hard drive diagnostic test. You may have to disable RAID to do it - so I'd advise backing your critical stuff up!!!

OK this is where i'm up to......I deleted the raid array as i couldnt get the raid array to be detected with the samsung software to check them. I then recreated the raid array and restored the backup. I still had the same issue with the BSOD so i decided to remove the raid array so i could check out the samsung hard drives. One i had both 1TB back up in non raid i restored the backups and did a HD check with seatool and no errors where found.

I'll see if i get any more BSOD's.......any one know why i kept getting the BSOD even after deleting the raid array and creating new ones?

Just had another BSOD. When i happens the pc kind of freezes and i get a constant loud sound until the BSOD appears.

Is it the same jraid.sys even though I'm not using raid?

Going to check all the HD connections and might even move them to a different connection.

Yep, it's jraid.sys again.
You're not running RAID now? Then run the Hard Drive diagnostic procedures here: HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link) - Test ALL of the hard drives.

If it won't run, remove all but one drive and try it.
Then do the same with the next drive, and then next, etc

If Samsung test doesn't detect them, try the SeaGate SeaTools Long test.

FSecure drivers are as old as 2008 - please update this program to the latest available version. If you're not able to do that, then do this:
Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the antivirus software from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of the antivirus software using one of these free tools: Antivirus Uninstallers
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

I'm running F-Secure Internet Security 2012 which is the latest so i can only assume some part of it is old?

Computer Security 12.44 build 110

Anti-Virus 10.00 build 17390
DeepGuard 4.00 build 38
E-mail Filtering 1.02 build 8040
Email Scanner 6.00 build 514
Management Agent 8.30 build 43085
Network Connections 6.30 build 139
User Interface 9.60 build 9643

Will run Seatool (long test) to see if any issues come up.

One thing i did notice when checking the connectors was where they where plugged in.

Looking at the picture they are labelled

SATA5|SATA2|SATA1
SATA6|SATA4|SATA3

Manual says:-

Serial ATA hard disk drive connection

Connector - SATA1/2/5/6 (RED) Master (Boot Disk)
Connector - SATA3/4 (BLACK) Slave (Data Disk)

I had my to disks in when in Raid 0 in SATA4 and SATA6 which was ok but after i removed the raid the connectors where still the same and my Master Boot Disk was in 4 still. Is this a possible cause? I have now moved it to SATA2.

Since moving the SATA connection I've not had any BSOD's. Now this could either mean that the RAID connection is dodgy or its wasn't quite in properly. As i have everything backed up i might try going back to my raid setup if i can find time.....that will be the acid test for sure!
