after windows startup i get this BSOD message

what should i do to fix this ???

usually video drivers or ram
in the device manager uninstall the card
reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode
when windows finishes rebooting
disable a/virus
install your drivers
reboot the computer
if that does not fix run memtest on one stick ata time

video driver uninstalled, run memory test for several hours and it did not work. any more ideas ????

did you put memtest on a disk and then boot the computer from the disk
see if you can borrow another psu to try in it

i have a memtest boot disk....what do you mean by "borrow a power supply "psu".
