Software:
Attempting to install a Windows XP Pro with SP3 slipstreamed.

The installer starts, i can create partitions, format them and then when the machine reboots to do the install, it BSODs most often with a 0x0000000A error.

I have run memtest for 9+hours on each stick of RAM and neither showed any errors. I don't know where to go from here, although when attempting a Vista Ultimate x64 install i get the same BSOD errors.

HELP!! I am at my wits end, i am not sure if i need to RMA the board back, the video card, if i am doing something wrong...

If you have spare hardware or access to spare hardware, you can try swapping parts (RAM, video card). You might also want to ensure no extra hardware is installed, such as extra HDD's, audio cards, etc.
