I suggest starting all troubleshooting with the following diagnostic tests (located at this link: Hardware Diagnostics ). They'll save you a lot of time and heartache if there is a hardware failure, and you'll have the disks on hand in case you need them in the future:
H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
Hard Drive Diagnostics (read the details at the link) - Test ALL of the hard drives.

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Free Online AntiMalware Resources (read the details at the link)

- Please zip up the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump directory
- Upload it with your next post

and

- Go to Start and type in "msinfo32" and press Enter
- When the utility opens, save a copy of it as an .nfo file, and another copy as a .txt file
- Zip them up and upload them with your next post
Then, if necessary, we can ask you repeatedly to generate different reports that we may need.
 
It's not unusual for the report to mention that it couldn't find an antivirus - don't worry about it.

Lot's of errors with the Webroot SpySweeper service. Please:
- download a fresh copy of the program from the Webroot website
- uninstall the current copy from your system
- install the freshly downloaded copy
- IMMEDIATELY update it and then scan your system for threats.

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems.
Please uninstall all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
Then, download and install a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
- Select the "Custom" installation option and don't let it install AMD OverDrive or the VISION Engine Control Center
Then use the ATI uninstall manager to uninstall the Catalyst Control Center (CCC).

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem in perfmon /report, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Uninstall". Reboot for changes to take affect.
If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking. Hopefully the large overclock has not caused any physical damage to the system.

MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems. Please uninstall this application immediately.

This is most likely a hardware error - which includes:
- overclocking (a 1.32 gHz overclock!)
- compatibility issues (ie MSI Afterburner)
- low-level driver problems (ie AMD OverDrive)
- malware

WinRing0x64.sys dates from 2008.
It most likely belongs to your RealTemp device/program.
Please update the drivers. If no more recent update is available, please uninstall the drivers and remove the device/program from your system.

rQnFItnF.sys is an unknown driver on your system.
This is very suspicious and may be a sign of a malware infection.

- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.

That file's from May 8th, 2011 - so it's probably not significant to our troubleshooting at this point.

I'm running all 15 files from Feb 2012. Will post back when they're done running......

EDIT - I'm only running the last 3 memory dumps. We've already looked at the rest.
 
I requested previously that you stop overclocking.
Please remove the overclock and wait to see if it BSOD's again.
If it does, then upload the memory dump files then.

The memory dumps seem to point to a hardware problem - with the overclock being the most likely cause. Hopefully the overclock hasn't damaged your hardware.

- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.

Everything else looks good. Don't worry about the ATI Catalyst Install Manager - it's the tool to remove different things from the ATI package.

Since the overclock is the only remaining thing that we have doubts about - removing it will tell us if it's the overclock, or if it's a hardware problem.

I only include the driver list so you can see what I see. In this case, all of your drivers date from 2010, 2011, and 2012 - which is better than most systems that we see.

No, it's not a dumb question. I do this a lot - and I've done it for a long time, so I can't expect you to know everything that I do.

I don't suggest updating drivers dated 2009 or later UNLESS you're having a problem (and then only if there's an indication of a problem, or if we're at wit's end and are updating all of them "just in case")

At work I update drivers 3 ways:
- new PC's - I use the PC Manufacturer's update utility, then I use Windows Update.
- PC's with software problems - I use the device manufacturer's website. If I have problems locating the driver, then I'll use the PC Manufacturer's website to save time.
- PC's with hardware problems - I only use the device manufacturer's website
 
That's the problem with driver packages (and why I don't use driver updating tools).
There's "tricks" to downloading just what you want - and they change for each different device you're working with. You used one of the "tricks" by selecting the Custom installation of the ATI drivers - and then stopped it from installing the Overdrive and the CCC.

As for the Creative stuff, start a topic over in the Sound card forums for help with that (FYI - I really, really hate troubleshooting sound problems - so I'm not the best one to help with this). They're located here: Sound Cards - Tech Support Forum

I'd wait for a week or two (to make sure the system is stable) before overclocking again. Then start a topic in the Overclocking forum for help with obtaining a stable overclock: Overclocking - Tech Support Forum

NEVER use Windows Update to update drivers that you're having problems with. The manufacturer's don't supply them to Microsoft on a regular basis - and often they're really out of date when they are there.

DON'T UPDATE ANY DRIVERS - your system is just fine the way that it is. Wait and see if the problems stop (a week or two), then post in the other forums as I have recommended.

For example, Creative made the audio chipset for your sound card (this may be different than the manufacturer of the card). In that case Creative will have the most updated drivers for your audio device. So it's best to get the drivers from there.
