Hi all,
Apologies if this is a repeated question or in the wrong area, but I'm at work and am not able to scour all of the previous posts for my problem.
I think it is actually quite a simple issue really, but kinda want confirmation from somebody who knows (rather than my guess work) before I go spending money.
My PC had been working absolutely fine until just recently when every now and then the mouse pointer will suddenly shoot around the screen of its own accord and sometimes just completely stop responding requiring a restart. I've carried out extensive spyware, adware and virus checks. I've performed a disk cleanup and defrag, yet the problem persists. The only thing that I can think that it may be is a RAM issue, so am on the brink of buying an extra GB to bulk things up a bit.
So, the question is: Does this sound like a lack of RAM or am I barking up the wrong pixelated tree? :4-dontkno
Cheers in advance,
Dan
