Whenever I boot up my computer, it runs through the BIOS/Dell loading screen, then just hangs at a blank screen. I have went into setup, and my BIOS still recognizes my hard drive as plugged in, It doesn't make any weird noises either. Also the diagnostic lights do a very weird turn of events and then turn green. I recorded it, because I simply cannot explain it.
